Justin Zumstein, DDS, FAGD
From a very young age, Dr. Justin Zumstein knew he wanted to be a dentist. Dr. Zumstein was born and raised in Evanston, Illinois. He received his bachelors degree in Biology from Albion College (MI) and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr Zumstein served as a dentist in the United States Air Force for eight years. During that time, he completed advanced training in periodontics (gum surgery) and prosthodontics (dental implants). In 2005, Dr. Zumstein came to the Wakefield practice when Dr. Allan Olson retired. And in 2012, Dr. Zumstein came to the Providence office when Dr. Armando Jimenez retired. Since that time Dr. Zumstein has enjoyed the continued dedication of the staff and generous support of both the South County and Providence communities.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, Rhode Island Dental Association, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
When away from the office, Dr Zumstein enjoys time with his wife and young daughter and sons. His hobbies include various outdoor activities, photography, skiing and is a sports infophile.
Megan Catallozzi, DDS
Dr. Megan Catallozzi is excited to continue serving southern Rhode Island! A native Iowan, she grew up wanting to join the medical community. It was not until she attended Creighton University for her undergraduate studies that she decided the dental community was where she wanted to be. Helping people with their oral health and confident smile is what keeps her practicing! She attended Creighton University School of Dentistry and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2010. Dr. Megan has a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry degree from University of Missouri Kansas City. There she learned how to treatment plan and execute full mouth rehabilitations, place and restore dental implants, complete and partial removable dentures and everyday care for your oral health.
Dr. Megan lives in North Kingston, RI with her husband, Dr. Nicholas Catallozzi and their one-year old, Rocco. During her ‘free’ time she likes to hike, ski, travel to see family and learn how ‘wicked’ awesome Rhode Island is!
Tabatha Snow CDA, Office Manager
Tabatha is a South County Native. She attended South Kingstown High School and completed CCRI’s dental Assisting program in 1998. She joined the practice as a chairside assistant in 1998 and she was promoted to office manager in 2005. In her free time she enjoys Camping and spending time at South County beaches.
Dawn Pariseault, BS, RDH
Dawn is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from the University of Rhode Island with her bachelors of science degree. She received her Local Anesthesia License from Bristol Community College. She is a Rhode Island Native and joined the practice in 1997. Her hobbies include running, bowling and spending time with her family.
Haley Rolfe, Dental Assistant
Haley, a native New Englander, graduated from Cranston dental assistant school in 2014 and from University of Connecticut with a bachelors degree in allied health and human resources. Haley enjoys time with family, baking, hiking, and most of all traveling.
Karen Way, BS, RDH
Karen joined the practice in 2001. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at the University of Rhode Island with her bachelors of science degree. She is married, has 2 daughters and enjoys, sewing, cooking, consignment shopping and spending time with her family.
Erika Carmona, Office Manager
Erika was born in Columbia, and came to Rhode Island in 1998. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Erika has an extensive background in customer service and dental assisting. She enjoys technology and spends time learning about new advances. When not at work, Erika's main focus is her family and community. She enjoys volunteering at her son's school and football team practices
Erin Sprague, RDH
Erin grew up in Fall River, MA. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Cape Cod Community College. Following graduation, she moved to Rhode Island with her husband. Erin enjoys baking, entertaining, travelling and spending time with her husband and two cats.
Ana Medeiros, CNA, Dental Assistant
Ana is a native New Englander, growing up in Fall River and graduating from Durfee High School. She speaks Portuguese in addition to English. Since 2004 she has worked part time as a nursing assistant. Ana joined the practice as a dental assistant in 2012. Ana enjoys the outdoors, going to the gym, bike rides, the different New England beaches and spending time with her husband and two young children.
